Synthetic Sisal: Custom Sizes & Broadloom
In addition to the standard size area rugs listed for each of our synthetic sisal weaves, we offer custom sizes and broadloom material for wall-to-wall installation. A few things to note: whichever weave you select, our suppliers require that you purchase the entire section of the roll from which your rug will be cut. Sorry, but there's no way around it. Also, measurements for custom rugs must be specified in whole inches (no quarter-inches or half-inches, please).

Custom size rugs are automatically priced out using the most economical cut of material from the roll—so if you're ordering multiple rugs or require a specific weave direction, contact us for pricing.

Custom Size Rugs: TEC, Heather, Synthesis & Bolon
The roll width for these weaves is 6' 7", so you'll need to keep your rug's width within that limit. If you really need a rug larger than 6' 7" in both width AND length, seaming is available for most of the woven vinyl weaves, but it's expensive. Seaming is not recommended for weaves whose patterns need to be matched up (lex blends and zigzags, for instance). Contact us for a quote.
Since the roll width is 6' 7" (that's 6.58 feet, in decimal form), we multiply that by your desired length to find the number of square feet you'll need to buy. As noted above, quotes are based on the most economical use of material. If you need multiple rugs or have specific weave direction requirements, contact us.
For an additional charge, TEC, Synthesis and Heather rugs can be bound with weather-resistant, UV canvas binding tape (shows approximately 1" on the rug face). (We're sorry, but Bolon rugs are available unbound only.)
If your rug has a really unusual shape, requires a specific weave direction or a cut-out (for a fireplace, for example), contact us for availability and pricing. In some cases you may need to fax a diagram to us or even provide a full-size pattern when you're ready to order. We'll let you know.
Custom Size Rugs: Anywhere
Anywhere comes on rolls 13' 2" wide, so that's the widest your rug can be. But we can cut your rug to just about any length. Quotes are based on the most economical use of material as cut from the roll.
For example, if you need a 10' x 20' rug, the price will be based on a 13' 2" x 20' piece of material (13' 2" being the width of the roll). A 6' x 10' rug will be cut from a piece 13' 2" x 6'. Therefore, if you need multiple rugs or have specific weave direction requirements, contact us for a quote to ensure that all the details are accurate.
Please note that Anywhere rugs must be square or rectangular (no ovals or other unusual shapes), and the factory cannot do cut-outs or clipped corners.
Wall-to-Wall Installation
All of our synthetic sisal weaves are available as broadloom for wall-to-wall installation. We just sell the stuff, so consult a professional installer for technical advice, including how much material to order for proper installation. The recommended installation method is direct glue-down.
*Important: If you purchase broadloom material for installation, be sure to inspect and measure the material before you (or your installer) cut or alter it in any way. Once the material has been cut or installed, we cannot accept returns, claims or consider allowances.
