You’ve ordered your custom rug. Have you ever wondered how your custom rug is delivered and installed with enhanced delivery service? Someone has to be able to accept your delivery and maybe that’s your interior designer while you’re away at work or on vacation.
First, taking your custom rug out of the delivery truck is a big job. They are heavy and can require 2-3 workers to make sure your rug doesn’t bend or crease. Special care is taken when transporting your rug to your home to make sure it’s in the best shape possible as it was when is was being crafted at the work room.
Your space is cleared and the rug pad is laid down in the spot where you would like your rug to be placed.
Once your custom rug is brought into your home, it is carefully set near one side of the room to be unrolled and starts to relax on your floor.
When your rug is set into place and relaxing on the floor, you can put your furniture in place and walk on it right away.
Your custom rug is laid out completely to settle. It can lay flat right away with just being a heavier weave or could require a couple of hours to a couple of weeks. We advise a little patience, but are available to answer questions and give you tips to help your rug lay perfectly.
Once your custom rug is in place with your furniture, you can enjoy your beautiful refreshed space. Give yourself time to get used to a new look if you are updating a space.
