NON-TOXIC/ ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
All Royaltron™ fiber carpets are free of toxic elements. Because color is "melted in" during production of the fiber, it eliminates the traditional use of large quantities of water for dyeing, contributing to the preservation and the quality of our water.
Polypropylene will resist signs of wear, with its unique long-lasting fibers. It does not absorb moisture, making spills and stains easily removable with normal cleaning agents. Plus, it is permanently anti-static, free of toxins and does not support the growth of mites or bacteria.
LEAD TIME
Broadloom: 3-5 business days, plus transit
Area Rugs: 2-3 weeks, plus transit (for Hand Serged rugs, lead time is 4-6 weeks.)

METHOD
Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug will be delivered by one driver to the curb or to your driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your rug into your home or office, unpacking the rug, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
