Acclimate Sisal and Contract Coir Tiles for 24 hours before installation.
Sisal and Contract Coir Tiles are intended for indoor use only.
Do not install tiles in humid settings or environments that are exposed the elements.
Sisal and coir are natural fibers and, like most natural materials, contain inherent irregularities. Since the ribbing may not line up exactly from one tile to the next, quarter turn installation is recommended.

Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug will be delivered by one driver to the curb or to your driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your rug into your home or office, unpacking the rug, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
