Sisal, a durable plant fiber, is harvested from mature leaves of the agave sisalana plant. As most of the weeding is done by hand, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used in this sisal's production. This is a natural product and tends to show color variations from roll to roll and also within each roll.

METHOD
Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your rug, carpet, or tile order will be delivered by one driver to the curb or the driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your item into your home or office, unpacking it, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Oversized Rugs: For oversized items, we recommend enhanced delivery service, by appointment.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
