METHOD
NOTE: If you are ordering multiple tile cases and cannot easily or safely handle the tile cases, please consider Enhanced Delivery. Each case weighs approximately 25 pounds.
Standard/ Curbside Delivery: Standard curbside delivery means your tiles will be delivered by one driver to the curb or to your driveway. The driver is not responsible for carrying your order into your home or office, unpacking the product, unrolling it or clearing away packaging. Curbside delivery on all orders is FREE. If you need additional services, consider Enhanced Delivery.
Enhanced Delivery: This service offers various levels of inside delivery options which may include the following:
over the threshold delivery
placement in the room of the customer’s choice (including up or down one flight of stairs)
unpacking
removal of packaging
assembly and placement of the items
We are happy to provide a quote upon request, taking into account the delivery address and service level preferred. Please state the best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
