How you finish your custom area rug will have a big impact on the final look. This page offers a general overview of our border and corner options.
We highly recommend you order border swatches to determine which textures and colors best suit your style. The "Order Samples" option is accessible on each weave page.

Cloth & Leather
Border and color options vary by weave and not all options are available for every weave. The amount of border that shows on the face of the rug ranges from 1" to 3 1/2" and does not add to the width of your rug.

Serged Edge
A continuous wrap of yarn around the edge of your rug, either by hand or by machine. Machine serged has a finished width of approximately 3/8".
Infinity Edge
The Infinity Edge is a beautiful, minimalist finish that creates a clean edge. Infinity Edge is available on several of our sisal, jute, and polypropylene weaves, as well as our exclusive SynSisal® collection.
