How do you place an order?
Start by using the menu at the top to find rug materials you like or use the search bar to find brands and collections you like. If you don't know what you're looking for, you might be able to gather some inspiration from our blog.

After you're done browsing our curated items and have all the items you'd like in your cart, click the shopping cart icon located in the top right corner of our website. Proceed by clicking "checkout" to review your order one more time. We'll need some basic contact information as well as a billing and shipping address. We recommend creating an account with us to speed up the process for subsequent orders. 

If you prefer to place an order directly with us, feel free to contact customer service. You can email, call or fax an order.

Do we offer swatches for flooring?

Sample swatches of weaves and bindings are available and can be ordered directly from our website or by contacting customer service. Most of our carpet samples measure 5 ½“ x 5 ½”, but some vary in size. 

If you have an approved trade account, we offer an annual credit of $30 for swatches. Please contact [email protected] to request samples or learn more about our trade program here.

What kind of payment do we accept?
Web orders pay via credit card. Payment via CC, check, ACH or wire transfer for orders placed offline.

When will your credit card be charged for an online order?
Web orders are charged once order is placed in our system, we do not wait to charge cards. No payment over the phone. Manual ERP orders are charged once they are placed. Extended lead time orders may qualify for 50/50 payment terms on case by case basis.

Will you be charged tax?
By submitting your business ID number and reseller’s certificate, you can opt for tax exempt.

How will your product be shipped & delivered?
Unless otherwise agreed, all items are shipped via standard shipping, which generally takes 5-15 business days.

In some cases, standard shipping is offered for free. Standard shipping covers curbside delivery within continental U.S. 

Deliveries to rural and remote areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), enhanced delivery service and expedited shipping are available for most products for an additional charge. Our experienced sales team will quote you the most cost-efficient rate for deliveries worldwide, including enhanced delivery and consolidated shipping options.
