Unique spaces. Discerning style. Demanding deadlines.
With over 30 years of experience and hundreds of successful projects, our business is built to meet the needs of interior designers, architects, procurers, & installers.
Like carpet tiles, commercial carpet tiles are modular flooring squares or planks with attached backings that carry contract grade ratings and meet commercial flammability standards. Also referred to as tiled carpet, modular carpet, or modular flooring, these tiles are durable enough to be placed in commercial, hospitality, or other heavy use settings.
Our commercial carpet tile collection includes:
Natural fiber tiles like Sisal Tiles and Contract Coir Tiles
tretford®’s Interlife goat wool tiles
The FLEXIBEL™ collection, a range of easy-to-install synthetic tiles
Office floors or commercial spaces encounter heavy traffic on a regular basis. Versatile commercial carpet tiles offer many advantages, including:
Budget Friendly Buy only what you need (less waste, no carpet scraps) and save money on labor costs with easy installation (find installation guidelines here).
Ease of Handling Carpet tiles come in boxes and are lightweight in comparison to carpet rolls.
Creative Designs Easily create patterns or cover oddly shaped spaces.
Easy Replacement Swap out stained or damaged tiles quickly in high traffic areas—no need for a complete re-installation. For this reason, we recommend having extra tiles on hand.
Removable Lift individual carpet tiles to access the subfloor, wiring, or mechanical systems, especially helpful for building technicians during office remodels or reconfigurations—saving both time and cost in dynamic commercial spaces.
Sound Absorption Carpet tiles are inherently layered—a carpet layer attached to a backing, and sometimes a secondary backing. This structure improves acoustics and reduces overall background noise.
Design Freedom Quickly and easily design a new look, define traffic flow pattern choice, establish zones with a singular color, or dress up a conference room with company colors.

Yes. Many of our customers lay carpet tiles themselves, but even professional installation is less expensive and time-consuming than a wall-to-wall project. Whether you are loose-laying, using peel-and-stick adhesives, or gluing down, installation is a snap.
All our carpet tiles have installation guides to assist you. For an in-depth guide to carpet tile installation, head over to our Carpet Tile Installation Guidelines for project planning, answers to questions like "do I need underlayment or padding under carpet tiles?", and more.
Build a floor fast with FLEXIBEL™ and the liftBAC® backing system—simply place and press each tile or plank, no need for adhesives. Learn more about the FLEXIBEL™ collection.
Yes, our commercial carpet tile selection offers easy to maintain options for commercial and hospitality settings. Carpet tiles require routine cleaning, regular vacuuming, and quick attention to any spills. If a tile becomes stained or damaged, you can swap it out for a new tile (consider ordering an extra box for this purpose) while still maintaining design continuity.
A Care Guide comes with all our commercial carpet tiles, findable under the Care tab on each carpet tile’s product page.
