What makes EarthSISAL™ so unique?
The backing.
Instead of chemical adhesives and latex, EarthSISAL™ is secured with a felt backing made from kenaf, hemp, and recycled sisal from wholesale coffee sacks. The felted backing is mechanically needle punched onto the sisal fabric—no need for adhesives or latex. Not only does this backing create built-in padding, it provides thermal and sound insulation.
