How do you place an order?
Start by using the menu at the top or the search to find brands and collections you like. If you don't know what you're looking for, you might be able to gather some inspiration from our blog.

After you're done browsing our curated items and have all the items you'd like in your cart, click the shopping cart in the right-hand menu to review your cart. Proceed by clicking "checkout", no worries, you'll be able to review your order one more time. We'll need some basic contact information as well as a billing and shipping address. We recommend creating an account with us to speed up the process for subsequent orders. 

In case you'd prefer to place an order without the website, feel free to contact us via email, fax or give us a call.

Do we offer swatches for flooring?
Sample swatches of weaves and bindings are available to be ordered online, fax, call or email us with your requests. If you have an approved trade account, we offer an annual credit of $30 for swatches. Please contact trade@sisalcarpet.com with questions in this regard.

What kind of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ACH, Wire, Apple Pay, Pay Now, Diners Club, JCB and in certain cases written checks from U.S. Banks.

When will your credit card be charged for an online order?
For orders placed online, your credit card will be charged shortly after confirmation. 

Will you be charged tax?
By submitting your business ID number and reseller’s certificate, you can opt for tax exempt.

How will your product be shipped & delivered?
Unless otherwise agreed, all items are shipped via standard shipping, which generally takes 5-15 business days.

In some cases, standard shipping is offered for free. Standard shipping covers curbside delivery within continental U.S. 

Deliveries to rural and remote areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), enhanced delivery service and expedited shipping are available for most products for an additional charge. Our experienced sales team will quote you the most cost-efficient rate for deliveries worldwide, including enhanced delivery and consolidated shipping options. What is our return policy?

Do we have sales?
Yes. Sign up here to be added to the code-only sale mailing list, as the sale will not be advertised online.

Do we provide tailored program for trade customers?
Yes. We offer a competitive tiered discount program. Apply here for same day approval to activate your account. You will receive an email confirmation detailing your benefits and approved discount tier. When you’re ready to make your online order, sign into your account and your discount will be applied automatically in your cart during the checkout process. What is the best way to care for your flooring?
