Sample swatches of weaves and bindings are available to be ordered online or email us with your requests.

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ACH (not online) and Wire (not online).

Post Date Orders
Your confirmed order can be released at any specified date, with a 50% deposit.

Shipping & Delivery
We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the continental United States for free. No minimums. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur a shipping cost for the distance outside the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may be applied to locations in and outside the continental U.S. that cannot receive standard curbside delivery (e.g. when ferry or air freight is required, when streets or homes cannot receive freight trucks, and other rare circumstances). Express shipping costs extra regardless of the item. Smaller items ship via UPS, but most of our products are shipped by common carrier. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Because our workroom designs your custom rug to order, no returns are accepted. You may contact customer service to inquire about broadloom returns within 7 days and the roll has not been opened or cut in any way.
